We always like to
believe that we do not have stress and conflicts and yet we sometimes
are so de-motivated to get up in the morning and head for the office
with high spirit. The workplace harmony can only be attained if everybody
in the office are committed to help one another manage stress and conflicts.
Without which we are hoping miracle can happen one day that the stress
and conflicts will disappear. A good level of stress and conflicts are
necessary to make everybody productive and competitive, so let's share
